This bill amends Section 25471 of the Public Resources Code to modify the Energy Efficient State Property Revolving Fund, which is a continuously appropriated fund in the State Treasury used for loans to improve energy efficiency, conservation, and cost/use avoidance in state-owned buildings and facilities. The bill allows the commission to transfer up to fifty million dollars ($50,000,000) in total from money received for the federal State Energy Program into this fund during the 2011-12 and 2012-13 fiscal years, with provisions for multiple transfers to reallocate funds from canceled or savings-generating projects, and requires written notification to the Controller and the Joint Legislative Budget Committee for these transfers.
