This bill amends the state's public employee labor relations law to allow a public employee organization to elect to have all votes cast by mail ballot in any election ordered by the state labor relations board. The organization must provide notice of this election at least 24 hours prior to the board's pre-election conference. The bill also specifies that the act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
