Prohibits mental health care professionals and social health professionals from practicing conversion therapy if recipient of conversion therapy is under 18 years of age. Prohibits mental health care professionals and social health professionals from providing any service to person under 18 years of age for purpose of attempting to change person's sexual orientation or gender identity] practicing conversion therapy if recipient of conversion therapy is under 18 years of age. Declares emergency, effective on passage.
