Bill Summary
An Act To Provide That The Lands And Property Of Mississippi State University And The University Of Southern Mississippi Shall Not Be Subject To Taxation And To Provide That The Buildings And Improvements That Are Erected On Any Land Belonging To The University That Is Leased To Private Entities For The Purpose Of Offering Affordable Board To Students Shall Not Be Subject To Taxation; And For Related Purposes.
